Hi,
Around Nov last year i bought an azzurri forza elite from you guys, to ride to work. I haven't ridden a road bike for a very long. I absolutely love the bike and your advise was invaluable, helping with the bike and also advise on shoes, pedals and gloves.
Just wanted to let you know I am a very happy customer, I recommend you guys all the time and wanted to thank you very much for your friendly service, advise and assisstance.

A very big thank you to all the team at Cycling express. All extremely helpfull and no problems answering any questions. The bike is going fantastic, just need to get the motor up to the same standard. I could not find better value anywhere after searching the net for quite some time.

It was great to know that i could order a bike online and still have the same or better customer service than I would get in an actual shop.
The guys from cycling express have been a great help in helping me select a bike, get a size that will fit and help me with everything I needed to know.
The bike itself is great! Great price too! I can recommend this bike to anyone who wants a great carbon road bike for fitness/fun and maybe even racing.

It's refreshing to find a company in Australia still interested in customer service and support. Exceptional phone support followed by a bike delivered as promised in a professional way restores my with in dealing with companies at one rather than the UK, China or USA. My new bike, shoes and pedals arrived last week. It was well worth the wait! I love riding the bike and have already clocked up 160 k's. The gears are so smooth, especially up the steep hills and the bike looks fantastic! Very happy customer!!!

Awesome bike, sorry for the late review... too busy riding it. Rec'd the first shipment in late October and got straight on it. Frame is stiff and responsive but still rides the bumps with comfort. Not unstable at all. The electronic shifting is flawless. So easy. Push a button, change gear. Simple. Thanks cycling express... you are rivalling the UK based sites for value & service. Well done! :)

Unbelievable Quality & Value

I've spent the last couple of years losing weight and getting fit and healthy - I decided it was time to get off the exercise bike and on the road. I look at LOTS of bikes, from all of the well known brands, with a budget of around $2k. Thankfully, the one I wanted, I couldn't get in my size, and then a friend told me to wait for Cycling Express to open up and check it out. Well, I'm glad I did, and I'm glad I increased my budget and and am confident the wait was worth it. This bike is an absolute dream; it's so simple and smooth to ride; adjustment and setup were easily done (even for a rookie; Youtube was helpful). The gear changes are crisp and quick, and not having to worry about additional maintenance is a bonus. I've got a few friends with expensive Euro Bikes, all of them have been blown away by the quality and feel of the Azzuri Di2, and can't believe I got a bike with that feature set for such a competitive price. Very, very happy :)

Azzurri Di2- My other road bike is a Specialized S works Tarmac 2005 Dura ace running gear. Azzurri Forza arrived last week. Gear changes were a bit rough so went to the local for adjustment. $ 50 . The bike frame is surprisingly responsive. The effort at the pedals goes straight to the rear wheel. The head set is higher than I'm used to but very comfortable with direct handling and nice around corners at speed. The compact bars are a big help. I'm sure some critics will poo poo it but this is a real good value for money bike. Thanks for the good service to all at Cycling Express .

Azzuri Ultegra Di2 - bargain of the year

What a great bike at an awesome price! It was well worth the wait. The frame is beautiful, with its fine finish and curvaceous lines. All black is a little too simple for some people, but works for me. Doesn't show the dirt or road grime too much either. The handling and comfort is up there with the best. And Ultegra Di2 is revolutionary. It will be hard to go back to manual shifting.

I wrote a long review, but the page expired so I'll just say the conclusion. Very good value, everything was in top shape when it arrived. Some minor issues, but nothing I have felt the need to complain about. Good service, and I appreciate an australian seller competing with the overseas stores. Have ridden the bike for nearly a month and am very satisfied with the product I recieved. Overall a very good bike for what you pay.

Verite Team Ultegra: Carbon everywhere! Awesome comfort level.

This was my first time buying a bike on-line so took a leap… In any event... This bike is amazing! I ride about 75 k's at a time with guys who have custom made super expensive bikes. I keep up no problem. There is Carbon Everywhere! Fork, frame, Headset. This is really a great bang for the buck. Also quick for a "comfotable road bike" I replaced the Saddle with the Fizik Arione CX that I've been using for years and it's even better in my opinion.

Verite Team Ultegra:Definately value for money

After hunting high and low and getting rather confused, I decided to just go for this Verite for my missus, firstly by the price and the quality components listed. The Giants, Orbea, Merida, etc all got better looking bikes with their funky colours, but the components are not as good and prices were 1.5 - 2x more. To my surprise, it actually don't look that bad in person (a bit too many cyclingexpress.com advertising IMHO) and ride wise is very good as far as I can tell. Coming from a hybrid, my missus says it's smooth and requires much less effort to get a move on especially on hill climbs. She's most happy, so that's a definite plus. Oh, the folks at cycling express were most helpful with all my queries too.

Verite 105 Team: Excellent bike at this price, delivered promptly. Beware of 'carbon wrap' seat post.

The value promise includes reference to 'full carbon' frame, forks and seat post. . It is actually a FSA Team Issue SB/UD made of AL6061 with carbon wrap for cosmetic purposes. On the plus side I thought the advertised 11-25 cassette was small for a Compact set. Was delivered with a 11-28.
