DETAILS
The exclusive Cycling Express 40-day test ride begins from the date the bike is delivered to your door. If you intend to return the bike to us we must be notified by email within 30 days. There is a $49 re-stocking fee.
HOW DO I RETURN MY BIKE
Please keep the box and the packaging that the bike comes in if you think you may like to return it, as you will need this to package and return the bike to us. If the bike is not returned in the original box and packaging a re-stocking fee of $45 will be charged.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We understand that during the course of riding your bike during the test period it will incur general wear and tear. If however the bike is used excessively, crashed, dropped or scratched beyond the limits of what can be reasonably deemed wear and tear, it will not be covered by the 40-day return policy. Please also remove any accessories that have been fitted to the bike, as they are not included in the return policy. Please keep in mind that if you think you may want to return the bike that fitting them without causing damage is essential. If you intend to return any accessories you may have purchased please do not remove them from their original packaging.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. A return must be requested within thirty days of purchase.
2. We cannot offer a refund if the box is not returned to us within forty days from the date the bike was delivered to you.
3. The bicycle must be in a good and fair condition. If it has been dropped, scratched or mishandled then a refund cannot be given.
4. The bicycle must be packaged in the same way it was received.
5. If the box is damaged or the bicycle is returned in a different box a $45 re-stocking fee will be charged.
6. We reserve the right to decide upon our discretion if the terms and conditions have been met.
7. Bicycles purchased using finance at Cycling Express are not included in our 40-day test ride.
8. We do not accept the return of accessories that are used or have been removed from original packaging
