Order Tracking

When placing your order, if you have selected the Express with Tracking delivery option, you will receive tracking information in your order dispatch email.

To track the delivery status of your order, you simply need to click the link provided in the dispatch confirmation and enter the tracking number provided in the email. 
 
Please note: you should only enter the numbers from the tracking information –any letters should be disregarded in order to track an express delivery.
 
Remember, tracking information may take up to 24hrs to be activated online.  If, after this period, you are still unable to track your Express with Tracking delivery, please email sales@cyclingexpress.com with your order number and one of our customer service staff will be only too happy to help out.
